Events Grounds: cover an 834 sqm greened out open to sky space. with a covered multi purpose service area. This is complemented by 4 smaller format spaces wraped by the track's looping turn.

​Villa Vista EXPO Center: A unique indoor/outdoor expanse engulfing the entire 150 meter concourse along the river, avaliable for tents and other experiential marketing fabrications.
